When these are combined together, it leads to high blood pressure. So when you are following high blood pressure diet, you need to avoid sodium or lessen its intake. There is certain food that is rich in sodium and you must avoid them. It includes drinks, meats, soup, pickle food etc.
4) When you are having outside food, check the food label: this is a must thing that you should do every time, you but ready to eat foods. Checking the food label would help you know whether you are having fatty food or food rich in sodium. You need to be very careful with the ingredients and content of food.
